PhD student in computer science, my PhD project is about computer representations based on knowledge graphs, for autoimmune disorders and autoantibodies (MAKAAO project). I also work on natural language processing (NLP) approaches, to automatically extract knowledge from a large number of scientific texts and clinical documents.

My PhD supervisors are Maud de Dieuleveult at Imagine institute, and Adrien Coulet in Inria HeKA team (UMR 1346) at ParisSanté Campus.
